When to Schedule a Chimney Inspection
A chimney works quietly in the background — until it doesn't. By the time problems become visible, they're often serious and expensive.
Schedule an inspection if you notice crumbling mortar, spalling brick, water stains in the firebox, or a smoky smell in the house. Even without symptoms, an annual inspection is a good idea.
A small inspection fee is a fraction of what major chimney repairs cost. It's worth the peace of mind.
